Who is responsible to notify USCIS abt H1
Hi
In case my employer fails to run my payroll for a month, does this mean my status is illegal?Coz it would be a month before I know that the payroll is not run. In such case whose responsibility is it to inform USCIS about the H1 termination?

If you are not being paid by your employer you may want to consider a wage and hour claim against your employer. It is the responsibility of the employer that hires you on H-1 to pay you the higher of the actual or prevailing wage. If the employer has terminated you it is their responsibility to send you as well as USCIS a termination letter and withdraw the related LCA.
