Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pennsylvania

hi sir, i am asylum applicant in USA and i am waiting my decision, i did an interview and not yet receive the reply from USICS.

i am originally from Iraq and i have an emergency case my father 70 years old he got heart attack and now he us syphilized and even can not talking.

is there any way so i can get an advance parole to visit him even for some days?

i afraid if he die before i see him. he is right now in iraq

is there any legal way to visit him as an emergency case?
