Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania

Auto insurance liablity

I co signed on an auto loan for my wifes son. He has his own insurance policy on the car. If he allows that insurance to lapse and gets into an accident am I liable for anything?

Come on, you know the answer to this. Until the loan is paid in full, you and Junior are responsible. If Junior screws you by dropping the insurance, or by setting the car on fire so he can grill hamburgers on the roof (I actually saw that done), or getting caught in a drug buy where the car is forfeited, you and Junior are responsible until the loan is paid in full.
