Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania

I'm a disabled veteran with disabled tags on my car, I cannot drive all the time, Can I have a relative put on my insurance as driver on my auto insurance and let them be only driver buy taking my license off insurance and letting my relative be the driver to my car

1. Any person who is driving your car with permission is covered by your auto insurance.

2. If the person driving your car has their own auto ins then their auto ins will also cover them if they're driving your car with your permission.

3. If this is just an occasional thing then there's no need to add them as an additional driver under your policy,

4. You can keep yourself on the policy- in fact if you drive you should be on the policy.

5. You can call your auto ins agent or company & ask how much it would cost to add that person to your policy as an additional driver. I'm not sure, but I think if the person is not a resident in your household the auto ins co will not add that person, but see #1 above- they're still covered.
