DUI minor plows into doors of business with auto

20 yr old plowed into the front door of business while open. No one hurt. What can be covered by this person. Loss of income? Physical damages?

his insurance should pay for the damages to the property and any proveable business loss. YOu can also make your PD claim on your own insurance company, who will subrogate and collect the money they lay out from the drivers company.
