Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania

Rental money

My SUV was totaled. Other driver's insurance admits liability but not very forthcomming with $ or answers. In PA, for loss of use, am I entitled to receive rental reembursement $ even if I do not rent a car?

Re: Rental money

Yes, you probably are entitled. You should absolutely speak to an attorney about this matter as soon as possible, and before you deal too much with your own insurance company. If you were not liable, then your insurance company will not penalize you for seeking maximum recovery. Unfortunately, however, they will not volunteer what you are entitled to. Please call our offices, and we can help, or help you find someone who will help.
