Does a USA copyright give Photos protection from plagerism in British Isles England .

Does a British Isles England copyright give PHOTOS protection from plagerism in the USA?

Assuming that we are talking about photos created within the past several years, the short answer is YES.

Both the U.S.A. and the U.K. are members of a copyright treaty called the Berne Convention. It provides, in general, that a work that is protected by copyright in one Berne Convention country is protected in all.
