Application question
on an application it states have you ever been detained or charged with a crime. Do I have to include any juvenile charges or detainers?

For a government job I would suggest that you might have to answer yes. The interesting point is that mere arrests cannot be used against a person in Pennsylvania as it comes to employment only convictions that relate to the job itself.
