I have been with a company for 4months over the probation period. I went into the office this morning and was told by my supervisor I was let go. No explanation what rights do i have

Provided that you have not violated any company rules or policies, or engaged in any behavior the law would classify as "wilful misconduct," you will be entitled to unemployment compensation benefits as long as you have neough wages to qualify financially. If you became enrolled in the health insurance plan after your probationary period, and your employer has more than 50 employees, you will have COBRA rights to extend your coverage by paying the premium amount charged to your employer. If you are a union employee, you should conult with your union representatives.
