Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

Hello, I am currently employed as a leased employee. I signed a non-compete and nondisclosure that appears to indicate my leasing agency only. Does any of what I signed extend to companies I am leased to if I sign no other agreement with the leasing agency, including any intellectual property rights?
