can employer give my job away???

I just had a baby and was on maternity leave, i am due back 2 work on june 1st and just called my manager yesterday 2 find out what uniforms we were wearing, she then told me that she filled my position and if i wanted 2 stay with the company i could take a floater pos. which means im not guarenteed any hours, is that legal? do i have any case? do i qualify 4 unemployment bc of this??

No. You can afford to have an attorney represent you for free as you can proceed on a contingent fee.
