Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

Right to my opinion

I am a rep for my co in a local org. At a recent event I networked and spoke to a local benefit provider rep re my personal financial planning. Later met and rec'd proposals re benefits such as health, 401k, life ins. During mtg asked about co provided benefits and I gave info incl my opinion. Rep called upon my co to provide services and referenced my opinion. VP exploded on me stating ''in future keep your opinion re company benefits to yourself''. He is accusing me as if I shared confidential co info. Can he terminate me because of it. Does freedom of speech mean anything?
