Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

I am currently a painter at a body shop and there is no exhaust fan in our mixing room because it has been broken. I have been to er room and they said over exposer to fumes. If i quit would i be able to get workers compensation?

You would only be entitled to workers compensation if you could prove that the exposure caused you to be disabled. You would likely be eligible for unemployment compensation. You may also want to consider contacting OSHA.
