Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

If you quit your job, or get fired, you do not get to collect unemployment. What if you tell your boss you're not happy (for whatever reason) and you intend to start looking for another job, and they "walk you out". Could you collect in this instance?

You have been terminated and are entitled to collect. In circumstances where the employee gives notice of a future quit date and the employer terminates earlier, the employee is entitled to collect up to the quit date. Here, you had no quit date and simply announced your intention to look for another job. You should be able to collect indefinitely.
