I took a sales position and in my contract it stated that I would have a compensation guarantee for 2010. When 2011 came around the company stated that it was a advance and minused out my sales that where not paid yet in 2011. Is this legal?
The contract clearly states guarantee for 2010 not a draw on all sales including those paid in 2011.
