Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

I work on straight commission for a local FOX Television station and have a client that I share with with a rep from our ABC sister station. This client has not been on our air for a year but has been on the ABC affiliate during that time. This client has now purchased airtime in February and the company wants to reward the ABC rep buy giving her half of my commission. The paperwork that I have signed states that I will be paid on all FOX commission for the clients that I handle. Is this case worth litigation?

Well, the two big questions are: did you definitely EARN the commission; and how much is the commission? If you have already contractually EARNED the commission, then you have a cause of action under Pennsylvania law: the PA Wage Payment Collection Law.
