I worked for acommercial trucking company. I accidrntly hit a parked car with my tractor. causing fender damage to the car. Iwas fired for thr accident but now thr boss says he is keepimg ny final paycheck to cover his insurance costs. insurance he is required by law to carry. can he du this?
