Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

I worked for a contract company who was representing XYZ Pharma. in Wayne, Pa This company had some unethical business practices. I was fired after three months for refusing to falsify records. They had us going out to entice doctors to sign up for their so called "educational programs". When all they wanted was to get doctors to use their drugs. I reported by concerns to Compliance who states they did an investigation but, will not tell me their findings. I have not been paid for expenses, vacation time,my 2 weeks notice and my bonus totaling $6300. I have my business cards with the Pharma company's name on them. Any ideas??? thanks mf

You asked about being terminated because you refused to go along with a possibly unethical business practice.

You should speak with an attorney about this matter immediately. You could have claims against your employer and the pharma company directly. You have rights and you may be under very tight deadlines as to how and when to exercise those rights.

It is generally unlawful for an employer to terminate an employee for the reporting of accurate unlawful activity.

Roger
