Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

Airplane storage repeatedly paid with bad checks

There is a person that has been storing their small airplane at our also small airport for a period of time. There have been several months that the payment checks have bounced. In addition to any legal action for paying with ''bad'' checks, what are our rights regarding the airplane? The owner has refused to remove it from our property.

Your local county's District attorney's office can help you file a private criminal complaint for theft if there is reppeated bad checks. You may have legal rights to the airplane as abandoned property, a lawyer can help you detrmine this. I offer free consultations.
