Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
Eviction for Babysitter?
My landlord is threatening me with eviction because I have a babysitter who comes over daily to watch my son while I am at work. She brings her children with her to my home and spends a few hours with me after I get home (she is a friend). Can he do that?

Re: Eviction for Babysitter?
Simply put, probably not, but it depends on how your written lease is drafted, if you don't have one, it is extremely unlikely she could succeed in evicting you. My recommendation is to contact an attorney as soon as possible....before this blows up in your face.
