Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

Hello,

My former landlord made up an excuse to keep some of the security deposit. His claim is I paid late every month charging a total of $600 for the year. I have all records and proof that I never paid late. We have spoken and he agrees to pay the rest. I have not yet receive the $600. What can I do? Thank you for your time.

Take him to small claims court.
