Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

getting kicked out

My daughter lives in a mobile home park and she got a letter dated on march 8th and she got it in the mail on march 21,stating that she has to the 23rd to get out of the home she owns or they will bring a truck and remove it,my question is does she have any legal rights cause she owns the mobile home, her lot rent is up to date no other warning was done and they gave her less than 30 days

Re: getting kicked out

Does she have a lease? It might remove the notice requirement. Even so to evict some one does require a trip to the DJ.

Depending on how many units are in the park determines if the Mobile Home Park act applies.

Sounds like she will need some legal help like yesterday.

The answer to your original question something else is going on here but what that might be how knows.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me, the initial consultation is free.
