i need to know what to do if a tenant gives a landlord 2 months notice with a lanlord to move and the landlord got very upset about the notice and come over to the tenants house banging on the door like a police officer and starts swearing at the tenant and demands the house keys from the tenants and if the tenants refuses to give the keys the landlord said the locks will be changed and the tenants had said that they would be back to clean the house and repair and damages which there was none and the tenants had to leave 2 weeks early and the landlord refused the tenants to come back to clean and fix whatever need to be fixed

Sounds like a violation of your right to quiet enjoyment. However, if he gave you you security deposit back in full you've done well.

If not the Landlord Tenant Act provides remedies.
