Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

If my lease states that my boyfriend is not allowed on the property but there has been no crime committed against my landlord or the property, may I still invite my boyfriend over as a guest and does my landlord have any legal right to evict me?

No you may not. You agreed to him not being allowed on the property. Letting him on the property would be a breach of the lease terms. Now how enforceable such an exclusion would be is in doubt. Might ask the landlord why it's in the lease at all.
