Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Pennsylvania

Bad lawyer advice

I recently got a divorce and feel after talking to people that the lawyer didn't provide good legal advice, regarding pension 401 k , sale of the house, custodial issues.........what can i do? if there a way to sue my lawyer for bad advice

If you feel that your lawyer failed to properly represent your interests, you should immediately consult another attorney familiar with divorce and domestic relations matters. the issue then becomes whether or not your attorney exercised reasonable care, similar to that possessed by other similar attorneys in his representaton of you. If you find that he did not, then you have the right to commence a legal malpractice case against your lawyer.
