Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Pennsylvania

my rights

about 9 years ago i was kidnapped and held at gunpoint by an ex-girlfriend and her new man. they were arrested and ordered to stand trial. there was plenty of evidence against them and it seemed like an open and shut case. senior deputy district attorny carolyn oliver was prosecuting the case and new everything about my relationship with my ex, she left to join a private practice and my case was passed on to some one else. i met with this person for 10 minutes the day of the trial needless to say he was very unprepared and they were found not guilty to everyones dibelief i was told over the phone that they were found not guilty, the prosecuter told me that my ex's mother took the stand and said i was harrassing her daugter, i was never given a chance to defend myself of these alligations and none of the evidence of her harrassing me (phone records, witnesses)were ever brought to the jury. not much longer after this i was diagnosed with lupus a disease that can be brought on by stress or emotional drama which i suffered with both. is there any legal action i can take against the DA's office for there poor handling of this case?

Re: my rights

Not unless you can show that the prosecurot intentionally threw the case, but you CAN sue your es and her "new man". You can also demand the prosecutor's office prosecute the mother for lying on the stand.
