Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Pennsylvania

staff infection

after having roto cuff surgery,my surgeon removed the staples from my red, fevered, puckered swolen shoulder.told me i could go swimming in the ocean, set in sun,no limitations except lifting.10 days later i had emergency surgery for staff infection and an associate of the first surgeon did the surgery cause the first surgeon was on vacation. the second surgeon told me the infection was there when first staples were removed.i am 5 months post op.and still take therapy.it's still sore & tender to the touch.i feel the 1/st. surgeon did me wrong.can he be held liable for not taking care of me in the first place. i mean sued. thanks for being helpfull.

Re: staff infection

Although a staff infection is a risk, it should not occur. Will there be any permanant damage? Did the second surgeon blame the first surgeon? respond to [email protected]
