No. The simple act of attempting to cross the border could be considered fleeing. You stand a small chance of actually being arrested at the border. Further, Canadian law bars your entry as an accused felon. You will be questioned by Canadian authorities before entering and if you fail to disclose the charges you could be prosecuted.
