Response by attorney Michael Kotik of www.LegaLPhilly.com. You might have a case with respect to being prescribed the wrong drug. However, to know for sure you would need to talk to a civil litigation lawyer. If you would like to talk more about your case, please feel free to contact me at [email protected].
