Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Pennsylvania

essure procedure

i had the essure procedure done in june. in september i found out both inserts had perforated through my tubes and uterus. one was outside the uterus and attatching itself to the outside of my bowel. it was removed. the other is stuck inside the wall of my uterus and the company says to leave it in. i am concerned the devices malfunctioned. is there a case?
