Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Pennsylvania

I was not given my husbands records until well after he got home from fhe hospital and he was there exactly 3 weeks. Also, there were several times they made me sign release papers and one time I was told by a very upset records employee they she never saw what has happened to me happen to anyone else but his are nowhere in this hospital.

If your husband the question regarding his entitlement to medical records, he can ask to see the hospital’s Patient Bill of Rights.

If your husband suspects that he was seriously injured by improper medical care, he should contact a medical malpractice attorney as soon as possible.
