Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

I was attacked by an unleashed pitbull this weekend. There had been at least three complaints filed with the police about this dog getting out and also biting other people (although they were not attacked as bad as I was). My injuries were puncture wounds on my legs. My question is: what am I entitled to and how do I handle this from here? Thank you.

An injury from a dog bite is no different from an injury from a car accident--you are entitled to get money for your medical bills, wage loss, and pain and suffering (including scars). You should contact an experienced personal injury attorney ASAP. Please call to discuss. Feel free to check out "dog bites" on my website: www.autocrash.biz. Thank you.

I've handled numerous dog bite cases. Continue with any recommended medical treatment, take pictures of the wounds, and obtainn a copy of the police report. A crucial issue will be to determine whether the dog owner had homeowner's insurance and what that coverage provides. I offer free consultations at one of several office locations.

You are definitely entitled to claim against the owner, and his homeowners' insurance policy, for your injuries. You want to keep copies of the police report, and your doctor records (although we can obtain those for you). Give our offices a call, no charge for consultation. 267.639.3105.
