auto accident
I was rearended in May 06 other driver was cited . I have been treated for lower back injury stared with injections and nerve blocks finally had surgery. Dr's letter puts all injuries and surgery on car accident. I hage atty but I would like to know how much to settle for and how long till payment is done?

Without more specific information, I would not be able to speculate on how much your case is worth or whether it can be settled. I would suggest that these questions are more appropriate for your attorney handling your case. If you are not satisfied with that person, you have the right to change counsel.
