would i have a case if i was evicted out of my apartment because of carbon monoxide. my apartment got condemned and im pregnant and i had to go to the hospital

More facts are certainly necessary. But if the reason you had to vacate your premises through no fault of your own was do to carbon monoxide which could be life threatening. And the further fact you were pregnant and had to seek medical attention all strongly points to possible legal recourse against the landlord and/or other parties. You should seek legal counsel immediately as there are statute of limitations for these type of matters.
