Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

Company Responsibility

My wife was injured at work, we have been going through Workman's Compensation. There is a third party company involved and maybe even a fourth company. The manufacturer and shipper of the goods that caused my wifes illness. My wife's emplyer will not tell anyone the names of those companies. We never get a straight answer if they can or cannot, and we would like to know if they are allowed to do that.
