Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

I took a deposit on my car and was told he would have the money in two to three weeks. After three phone calls and five weeks no money so I sold the car to someone else. The first buyer is threatening legal action,does he have a case.

I doubt very much that they have a claim, assuming that you returned the deposit.
