Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

i was driving up to an inter section and the light was yellow fallowing other vehicles in front of me i went into the middle of the intersection and i am unsure if the light turned red while in the intersection but a truck hit an total my vehicle by law who is at fault? shouldnt the intersection have been cleared before the other driver took off from green??
