I do not understand all the facts but if the grocery store employee was negligent and his or her action was responsible for injuries you suffered then you may have a claim for pain and suffering, medical bills etc. I would not sign or agree to anthing without speaking with an attorney first who can advise you and perhaps render a much better settlement for you. if you would like to consult with my office please contact me.

Do not sign anything for the grocery store or their insurance company. If you do not have health insurance to cover the medical bills, we can make arrangements for you to treat with the bills deferred, at which time they can be submitted to the store's insurance for payment. Separate from that, you would be entitled to recover for pain and suffering. Please contact me to discuss further, or schedule an appointment at one of my locations.
