Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

I was injured at work and have permanent scarring and metal in my arm for life....I was wondering what kind of sum of money would I be able to win with a case like this. Its my whole left arm. I still can function with it but it will never look the same nor feel the same.

Work comp will only pay you for scarring on your head, not arm. However, if I can prove that, for all intents and purposes, you have lost use of your arm, you will get money for that loss of use. Of course, if you're out of work, you will get money for that, and you can probably get a lump sum settlement for that loss. Was there anybody outside of work who caused your injury? If so, you can make a personal injury claim against that person/company, and in a personal injury case, you can get money for scarring, wage loss, and pain and suffering. Please call to discuss.

You definitely could have a workers comp case, but also potentially a claim against a third party (not work) who contributed to this injury. Feel free to call our offices to discuss your options: 267.639.3105.
