if a fihgt leaves a bar and ends up approx. 50ft away and by my house,and I get hit in the head with a bottle from that bar, who is liable?

The people who were in the fight could be held responsible. Also, the bar could be held responsible if those people were sreved too much alcohol (e.g. served after they were already visibly intoxicated).

Both the bar AND the person who hit you may be liable, under several theories, including "Dram Shop" liability. Feel free to call our offices to discuss.
