what if i dont have insureance and im tailended and mycar is destroyed and i suffer personal physcial injuery?

You are limited tort and cannot sue for pain and suffering unless you have what the law classifies as a serious personal injury. Otherwise, you are limited to recovering medical expenses and the damage to your car.
