Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

If you use the internet to get insurance (you select what you want to be covered and they take your $$$ out of your account) you are immediately provided with a binder at that time, then several days later the insurance company sends you a policy, (via mail) which includes a declaration page, is the policy sent to you now a legal policy or do you have to physically go in and sign for that policy? Thanks! Sorry about the run on sentence!!!!

If you received the policy with the Dec Pg, & it has your name & coverages listed, you're covered & the policy is in force. You don't have to sign anything else. I hope you selected "full tort" (which means full right to sue) & not "limited tort" (which means limited right to sue), & added uninsured motorist coverage & perhaps underinsured motorist coverage. If not, you should ask the ins co how much it would cost to add those coverages, especially full tort. Good luck!!
