Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

i was involved in a car accident last week that was my fault. i totalled my 2005 chrysler minivan and caused $7000.00 damage to the car i hit. this ladies husband called me and threatened me after the accident. today the lady called and wants me to pay for her loaner car. i only have $1347. per month income. i do have rent to pay monthy plus all the other expenses. the cost of her rental car is $397.00 dollars. what should i do? are they permitted by law to haraass me this way? i am almost 78 years old.

my car insurance would not pay for her auto rental. please tell me what i should do.

turn this over to your insurance company and let them handle it. You tell the peolpe to dtop caling and if it continues, call the police.
