Marijuana Peddling Caseworker

I had a caseworker when I was young who fed me booze and marijuana. I was already a troubled teen when this happened. I know there were others. The caseworker often took me over state lines(ohio) to his trailor to get high. He would often talk to me about sexuality and was very open about his bi-sexuality. He was fired from a previous job for doing much the same with younger boys. He really messed my head up with weird pseudo new-age ideas. There is more but I was wondering if I could see him punished either civily or by law for his corruption based on these things.
