Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania
personal injury.
A bartender sucker punched me 4 times in the face when she was behind the bar working..Maybe i was stubborn but i did not touch her.I got her the job to begin with,The owner ( a friend!) told this girl she had nothing to worry about as he has cameras. After she hit me i waited out back for her, instead two cops came ,I didn't touch her, took me to the hospital, ok then let me get in my car and leave. they have two different arrest reports. Public drunkeness, smell of beer. I was more rage than drunk.If my nose was broke the police were going to arrest her for aggreviated assult...I am still aggreviated about this whole nightmare.
I had 3 beers the whole night. I am disabled. Do I have a case and how could i get a copy of the tape.? Thank you
