Most insurance companies will wait until after you statute of limitations runs and you are precluded from getting any money--no insurance company WANTS to give you money! You have to prove to them that you're going to beat them in a trial. Then, the insurance company might make you a settlement offer. Or, the insurance company may try to take advantage of you because you are inexperienced in these matters, and they'll make you a settlement offer that is horribly small and hope that since you're not being represented by an experienced personal injury attorney you'll accept that horribly small settlement offer.

You'll always get more money when you're being represented by an experienced personal injury attorney. Please call if you want to discuss--no fee just to talk! Thank you.
