Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

I was rearend on April 22. The person that hit me does not have car insurance. I have libality only on my car so its not covered on my insurance. I had my car repaired and I paid for it myself. it cost $1463.00. I have ask the person who hit me to pay this amount. She told me she was getting a loan this was in May. I have called her and her mother a number of times. What else can I do to get my money back? Oh, the police report states it was the other car at fault.

Sue the driver in small claims court. After you win, if you notify the drivers license authorities in Harrisburg that you have a judgment against her for a motor vehicle collision, they will suspend her license.
