Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

I was rear-ended by a woman with no insurance. Then she disappeared (my ins co couldn't find her.) I had 12 physical therapy sessions for neck injury, also x-rays and an MRI & EMG. I am OK now. I have full tort, stacked. (PA) I was offered $2,000 from my ins co. Should I take it, or engage an attorney and seek more compensation?

I'm sorry you were injured, but glad you made a good recovery. I'm assuming you are presenting an uninsured motorist (UM) claim against your own ins co. Your case should be worth considerably more than the $2, 000 offer. I have handled injury cases like yours for over 25 years. I'd be glad to speak with you for a free consultation. There is no attorney fee unless we recover money. In any case, good luck!

I need more info before I can tell you whether I can get you enough to justify paying me! You didn't mention it, but I presume you have uninsured motorist coverage. Feel free to call to discuss. Thank you.

This sounds like a case worth more than the offer by the insurance company. Feel free to call our offices to talk about your options and potential recovery. Of course, there would be no fee unless you recover. Our line is 267.639.3105. Whether you speak to us or someone else, you should speak to an attorney right away.
