Although technically, you may have a cae, as a practical and economical matter it really donesn't make sense to make a cdlaim. first, you haven't seen a doctor yet, and without medical testimony you can not win. Even if you have medical report--sore fingers and pain for a few days are not worth sufficient damages to warrant a law suit. Finally, you might need an expert manicuriest to write a report that the manicure was pweformed negligently. all together, you might be talking about costs of 300 to 1000 just to get the case to court. If you are concerned about upir fingers, I would see a physician and get treatment immediately. If your Dr. indicates you have a serious injury, then you ight want to consult with a lawyer
