Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

Is ther a time limit on recovey from car accidents.Another lawyer said he did not want to accept what the insurance company had offered because it was not enough.What I want to know has he just hung me out to dry as a deal made for recieving quick recovery for other person in car.?

The time limit one always needs to pay attention to in a motor vehicle claim is the "statute of limitations." The case must be settled or a formal complaint filed in court within two years of the date of the accident.

If your lawyer is telling you that the offer is not enough, why do you believe that he has "hung you out to dry?" Accepting too little, too quickly is the way he could hang you out to dry. If your lawyer does not preserve your claim by filing before the 2 year deadline, then you would have a lawsuit against him. It sounds to me like your lawyer is trying to get the best result possible for you.
